The TNC Board elections are held every spring for directors. The directors meet once monthly, usually on the first Tuesday of each month.
They carry out the regular business of the church.

Once a year the Arizona/Southern Nevada District Church of the Nazarene meets. Each church on the district sends delegates to represent the local church in the decision making process.

The NMI Executive Council mobilizes the local church in mission through prayer, education, giving, and interactive experiences. The council meets monthly.
