Calendar/Event Request Form

When you need to schedule an event at TNC use this form to make your request. TNC staff will review your request to ensure that we’re the correct venue and that there’s no conflict with existing events.

Requirements

• Please submit your request at least two weeks in advance.
• Use the form below or download a pdf copy of the form, print it, fill it in, and turn it into the church office.

Bulletin Announcement

A bulletin item will be created for your requested event, upon appropriate approval, if space allows. We may have to edit your item to make space available in the bulletin. We'll include more information the next week. Be sure to fill out the Promo Fields.
