Feed My Starving Children

Each month, TempeNaz takes a large number of people to volunteer in the Mesa, AZ Feed My Starving Children facility. Connect with us to sign up for the next scheduled event.

FMSC offers volunteers a one-of-a-kind experience. You’ll hand-pack rice, soy, dried vegetables and a nutritionally complete blend of vitamins and minerals into bags which are then sealed, boxed, placed on pallets and shipped to our incredible partners working hard to reach the neediest children around the world.

Through volunteering at FMSC, you’ll get the chance to impact hundreds of kids in just two hours per packing shift. You’ll experience what it’s like to make a tangible difference today.

Feed My Starving Children meals are produced by volunteers in Minnesota, Illinois, Arizona and all over the United States through MobilePack events." (ref: link).

FOOD BOXES

Anyone is welcome to a food box!

Once a month, the Women Of the Word (WOW) Bible Study ladies put out free food boxes for anyone in need of supplemental help. You can help by contributing non-perishable foods, or helping box foods. Connect with us to see when you can help or when the next boxes will become available at the church.

HealthCare Ministries

  • We provide a blood pressure clinic once a month here at TempeNaz after the service.
  • We have various devices to lend to help you get around. Ask our office administrator to process a request for equipment.
  • We have volunteers to call, visit, or provide meals or rides for shut-ins, the sick, or the injured.

We need your help. If you're able to step up and be the hands and feet of Jesus to those in need in our church, please connect with Merrill Bauer through the Church Center app.

Nazarene Compassionate Ministries

NCM walks alongside local churches in their efforts to meet the needs of children, families, and communities. Through TNC's partnership, we are changing the world.

You can change the world through active participation in one of the TNC compassionate ministries above. Look for a "connect" link in each to get more information, connect at the Welcome Center on Sundays, or connect with us online (see the Connect page).

We also encourage you to partner with NCM. You can by praying, giving, or participating. Maybe you have a concern for helping out in the most recent disaster around the world. Perhaps you want to sponsor a child's need, or help fund the drilling of a well, or helping the church deal with human trafficking.
